Today is July 4th my experience was really bad. I ordered 3 Southwest salads and the result was very small salads lack of some ingredients. A three pieces of chicken, No napkins no seeds. I don't know why?. I saw a lot of employees inside doing nothing. I'm really disappointed.

I made a quick trip to the mall to exchange a Dress that didn't fit for a pair of Capri pants at Windsor. Since I parked at the food court, I decided to grab some nuggets and a Pineapple Dragon fruit drink with Sprite at Chic-Fil-A. After doing my exchange I ate my food at the outside section in the food court. No regrets, so good!

Person taking the order was really rude and definitely not friendly. The chicken was very mushy. I'll avoid this Chick-fil-A and rather go to the one on university.

Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite fast-food places in the U.S. As a former truck driver, I’ve visited locations all over the country and was almost always satisfied — the food quality was consistent, fresh, and reliable. Unfortunately, this particular location completely destroyed that positive image. I ordered a meal (chicken sandwich, fries, and a soda), and what I received was absolutely unacceptable. The sandwich was almost black, as if it had been fried in oil that hadn’t been changed for weeks — honestly, it looked and tasted like the oil was at least a month old. I didn’t have time to go back and return it, and I was starving, so I forced myself to eat it. I regret that decision more than anything. For the rest of the day I had severe heartburn, burping, and felt generally awful. The staff at this location clearly doesn’t care about food quality or basic cooking standards. I truly wouldn’t be surprised if eating food prepared like this leads to serious long-term stomach issues. I strongly do NOT recommend eating here. There are at least three Chinese restaurants in the same plaza — I deeply regret not choosing one of them instead. Even writing this review no

I've been to dozens of Chick-fil-A's over the years, and was always amazed at the level of customer service which seemed a part of the corporate culture. This location is pretty much the only one I've ever been to where the employees loudly talked to each other, filled up their own drinks ( I stood patiently waiting while a employee filled her own plastic bottle with soda and was ignored by three employees) and basically didn't seem to care about anything. Of the more than half a dozen who were in uniform, none were friendly, professional, helpful or even close to the usual level of Chick-fil-A service. I asked for extra pickles and received first an attitude from the employee, who literally clicked her teeth when she realized she had to go around back to fulfill my humble request, and came back with what you can see in the attached photo. After spending around $20 for a kid's meal and a basic combo for myself, I'd expected better. Nope.
